Reset Forgotten BIOS Password

(Only works if enhanced security option not enabled)
Forgotten your BIOS (accessed by F10 Key at startup) password for your HP Compaq 2510p? Follow this guide:
(This information is not intended for resetting passwords on stolen laptops etc and is for general information only, proceed at your own risk)
1) Try all the passwords you can remember
If you still can't get access continue reading.
To reset the BIOS Password you will need to delete it but removing the BIOS/CMOS battery (Sometimes called RTC Backup battery) Not Recommended to those with No PC Repair or Laptop Disassembly Experience. May require Anti-Static protection etc.
2) Disconnect power and remove the laptop battery

3) Remove memory module (RAM)

Memory Module removed, there are two clips that need to be be pushed aside, just use a small screw driver etc allowing the module to pop up.
4) Disconnect the CMOS (RTC) Battery

Just disconnect the CMOS (RTC) Battery, use either a small screw driver or even your finger nails.
5) Leave for some time, maybe upto 24hrs
6) Re-install the memory module and re-attach the memory cover etc, following the steps in reverse.
7) Conected Power (AC Apter Only) and switch it on.
If all goes well you should be able to access the bios (F10 Key at startup)
If fails / password still required try again otherwise the enhanced security must be enabled and will be unable to reset password :( .
If you were able to get access to the BIOS continue reading.
7) Set the correct time

Use the keyboard arrow keys:
Left and right arrow key move the digits up/higher etc.
Up and down arrow keys change the selection between time and date
Tab key change the digit that's selected ie: move from hour to minutes.
Then press the F10 key to accept and ESC to exit. When done chose (with arrow keys) "Save changed and exit"
8) All Done! BIOS Password and Time/Date are set so should be good to go!
